Meet Kimberley of Inclusive Teaming
Kimberley is co-creator of the Inclusive Teaming framework, which models how to actively manage inclusion within teams for sustainable change in the workplace.
Reflecting on her goals, Kimberley says,
“One of my greatest hopes is that leaders and teams will be able to take this approach to Inclusive Teaming and move the conversation from the background, maybe the shadows, the individual work that people are doing, and (in a safe way) bring it to the foreground, so that collectively, we can talk about those pragmatic ways of being with each other, of relating to each other, interacting with one another, that either bring us closer to this feeling of inclusion or are taking us further away from it.”

Kimberley further explains why inclusion is so vital to foster in the workplace:
“It's when we are fully able to bring all of ourselves to the table, our creative genius, our power, our perspectives, all of that really helps to unlock how we perform. It can be the difference between us having good results and us having awesome, tremendous results, that feeling of inclusion.”
Active management of differences and actual behaviors are taught through the Inclusive Teaming framework. Every team can learn and practice these behaviors to drive cohesion and higher performance.
